This notice explains how Ercan Technology LLC (“we”, “us”), the company behind the Ercan Games brand, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, handles information you share with us through ercangames.com — in particular the investor whitelist form.

What we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, fund or company, country, investor type, indicative ticket size, investor status, LinkedIn or website, and any message you choose to include.
• Technical information: the time of your submission, your browser’s user-agent string and the country derived from your IP address. Your IP address itself is used only for abuse prevention (rate limiting) and is kept for no longer than one hour.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your interest in our investment round, to contact you about it, to understand whether you may be eligible to invest under applicable law, and to keep the form safe from spam and abuse. Submitting the form is voluntary and does not create any obligation for you or for us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications (such as our hosting and email providers), with our professional advisers under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

Where it is stored and for how long

Submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and in our business email. We keep them for as long as they are needed for the investment round and any resulting relationship, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Email info@ercangames.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Not directed at minors

The investor whitelist is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
